How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least one to two weeks in advance. We will always try and fit you in if we have space available however it is always safest to place your order as soon as you know the date of your function and the confirmed number of guests. We work on a first come first serve basis and it is very difficult to predict how busy we will be on any given week.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we do offer delivery at an additional fee. The price will be dependent on where you stay and if we are able to assist you on that particular day.

What is the best way to transport my goods once collected?

Please ensure that cakes are placed on a flat surface, either in the boot of the car or on the floor of the front seat of the car. Do not place cakes on the actual seats as they are not flat and may result in your cake tilting or falling over. If it is summer and hot, please ensure that the aircon is on and that cakes are not left in a hot car unnecessarily.

It is recommended to keep your cakes chilled in the fridge once you get home especially if it is hot. You can then allow your cake to come to room temperature 30min to 60min prior to serving.
